From Hive Five, Sandra López and Delia Sancho, from Infinia Business, organize a series of sessions for entrepreneurs, businesswomen and self-employed professionals. The objective is to help them grow their business in a more organized, sustainable way and less dependent on a single person. Throughout the cycle, key aspects of business activity will be addressed: founder dependence, internal structure, team building, leadership, business analysis and the path to a more autonomous team. Dependence → Organization → Team → Leadership → Diagnosis → Building an efficient team. The first talk is titled: "Does your business depend too much on you?" This initial session will discuss how to identify if the business is too centralized on the founder and how this situation can limit growth, decision-making and daily organization. If you feel that everything has to go through you, that you find it difficult to delegate or that the business slows down when you are not there, this session will help you detect the points of dependence and what needs to be improved.
