Discovering Reiki – Your first experience
About this experience
45 minutes to discover Reiki with a Reiki Master. A gentle session, lying down and fully clothed, to release stress and find deep calm during your stay in Andorra.
Everyday stress, a mind that never stops… What if you took 45 minutes to let it all go? Agnès or Mehdi, Reiki Masters, first explain this Japanese energy-balancing practice in simple words. Then you lie down, fully clothed, in a calm room. Hands rest gently, with no massage and no pressure. Little by little, your breathing slows, your body relaxes and your mind goes quiet. You leave feeling peaceful and light, with a sense of calm that lasts long after the session. A warm herbal infusion awaits you at the end. What makes this moment unique: • A session with an experienced Reiki Master • No experience needed: we explain everything • A short break, ideal between two activities in Andorra
