Cancellation policy

Once the Ticket is issued, no changes or refunds are allowed. The Ticket Holder must keep it throughout the entire duration of the visit to the activities for verification purposes. The Owner reserves the right to alter or modify the opening and closing hours of the PT and MRQ or the bus line to reach them; any claim related to this issue must be formalized before the Owner, with the presentation of the Ticket. Access to Activities and Security: When accessing the Activities, the Ticket Holder may be required to show their identification document and comply with any measures (health, safety, etc.) determined by the current legality at any time and those considered appropriate. In any case, the Owner reserves the right of admission. Individuals with fear of heights, vertigo, dizziness, fainting, or any other pathology incompatible with the activity should avoid crossing the PT and accessing the MRQ. The Ticket Holder is responsible for ensuring, during the visit to the activities, their personal safety and that of minors or other persons without legal capacity to act, or with limited capacity, using Tickets for which the Ticket Holder is responsible; also accepts all risks or dangers that he or she or these individuals may incur or experience by attending the activities of the PT and MRQ, and waives any claims against the Property related to these risks and dangers. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Tickets: The Property will not refund any Ticket, regardless of the reason for the refund request, whether it is the loss or theft of the Ticket, except as stated in point 6 below. The Ticket is only valid if it is intact and in good condition, with no signs of having been amended or falsified. Altering or damaging the Ticket may result in denial of access to the Activities. For safety reasons, the Property is not obligated to issue duplicates of the Ticket, as duplicates could grant access to the activities to more users than the activities can accommodate under optimal safety conditions. In the event of cancellation of the Activities for any reason, only holders of a paid Ticket are entitled to a refund. The claim must be made to the establishment where the Ticket was purchased, according to the conditions established at the time of sale; the Ticket must be presented. The Ticket for Activities that have been canceled cannot be exchanged for another day's Ticket. Adverse weather conditions do not entitle to a refund of the Ticket price unless the activity has been officially suspended for safety reasons.
