Ritual Armonía Cuerpo y Alma – Masaje y Reiki
About this experience
Mama Centre's signature ritual: a massage with organic oils to release the body, followed by a Reiki session to calm the mind. 1 hour 30 to truly find yourself again.
There are days when your body feels tense and your mind feels too full. This ritual takes care of both.
Arrive at Mama Centre, in the heart of La Massana, and lie down in a peaceful and cosy room. The massage begins: organic oils glide over your skin while the tension in your back, neck and shoulders gradually melts away.
Then, the pace changes. Agnès, a Reiki master and teacher, gently places her hands to offer you a Usui Reiki session. Your mind becomes calmer, your breathing deepens and a profound sense of peace settles in.
You leave feeling lighter and serene, as if you had enjoyed a truly restful night's sleep. A warm herbal tea awaits you, giving you time to slowly return to the present.
