Get started at Mimosa - Barre, Yoga or Mat Pilates
About this experience
Your first class at Mimosa: Barre, Yoga or Pilates Mat to discover the club before choosing your ritual.
Group class, reduced capacity - Specialized instructors - Boutique space in the center of Encamp - 2 bathrooms, one of them with a shower.
Please check the opening hours with the establishment.
At Mimosa yoga is not what you probably imagine. It is strength, mobility and presence; in different intensities depending on what your body needs that day. Five formats, the same principle: movement as practice.
Barre is the fusion of ballet technique, Pilates and strength training. Small, controlled and repeated movements to the point of trembling; because this is exactly where the change happens. You don't need to have ever danced. You just need the desire to move well.
