It all begins with a conversation: your tensions, what you feel like, how you're feeling today. From there, Agnès creates a completely personalised massage. More enveloping or deeper, slower or more invigorating: you set the pace.

The massage works through your entire body, from your feet to your shoulders, using organic oils. It then moves up to the neck, head and face, where we often hold so much tension without even realising it. Your body fully relaxes, your mind switches off and time disappears.
