Cancellation policy

Once the Ticket is issued, no exchanges or refunds are accepted. The Ticket Holder must keep it throughout the duration of the visit to the activities for verification purposes. The Owner reserves the right to alter or modify the opening and closing hours of the PT and MRQ or the bus line to reach it; any claims regarding this issue must be formalized with the Owner, with the presentation of the Ticket. Access to the Activities and security: When accessing the Activities, the Ticket Holder may be required to present identification and comply with measures of any kind (health, safety, etc.) determined by the current legality at any given time and those deemed appropriate. In any case, the Owner reserves the right of admission. The Ticket Holder is responsible for ensuring, during the visit to the activities, their personal safety and that of minors or other persons without legal capacity to act, or with limited capacity, using Tickets for which the Ticket Holder is responsible; they also accept all risks or dangers that they or these individuals may incur or experience by attending the activities of the PT and MRQ, and waive any claims against the Owner related to these risks and dangers. Lost, stolen, or damaged Tickets: The Owner will not refund any Ticket, regardless of the reason for the refund request, whether it is the loss or theft of the Ticket, except as outlined in the following point 6. The Ticket is only valid if it is intact and in good condition, without any signs of alteration or falsification. Altering or damaging the Ticket may result in denial of access to the Activities. For security reasons, the Owner is not obligated to issue duplicates of the Ticket, as duplicates could provide access to the activities to more users than the activities can accommodate under optimal safety conditions. In case of cancellation of the Activities for any reason, only holders of a paid Ticket are entitled to a refund. The claim must be made to the establishment where the Ticket was purchased, according to the conditions established at the time of sale; the Ticket must be presented. Tickets for canceled Activities cannot be exchanged for those of another day. Adverse weather conditions do not entitle to a refund of the Ticket unless the activity has been officially suspended for safety reasons.
